It should be visually appealing with promotions, discounts and offers, display of products as well as a seasonal banner. The purpose of home pages is product promotion which can be done through an impressive layout, font design and content.
  • Highlight True Information: One needs to be very candid in e-commerce and should state clearly all the terms before the purchase. For instance, if there is free delivery, it must be stated in the beginning itself. A visitor can dump the purchase and buy from another store, if there is even a slight deviation from what has been said earlier.

Without any prior knowledge of the clients and any direct contact, E commerce is the art of online sales which brings assured success. If mistakes are not made and the above mentioned steps are followed then it becomes all the more easy.
