You have to fill the Support Ticket form specifying the details such as- your name, name of your website, Email id and company details. after successful submission of the form you will be provided with a Support Ticket number for future reference.

How to track your Support Ticket details?

  1. For tracking your Support Ticket details you have to fill in your email id and reference Support Ticket number for getting the status of the ticket.
  2. If both information entered by you is correct then you can view the status of your Support Ticket.

How you get updated through Support Ticket?

By entering your email id and Support Ticket number you will get to know the present status of your Query/Complaints like they are Open or Close. Open means that we are working on your Query/Complaints and the work is in process and you can view the comments by clicking on detail link.
Close means the problem mentioned in the Support Ticket is solved and Support Ticker is closed.
